The CEO and Founder Christine Michaelis is a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and certified DISCflex Coach with more than two decades of experience working within the communication industry as well as more than a decade working with startups. 

She has worked with Blue Chip clients such as Audi, Mazda and Deutsche Bahn to name a few as well as with entrepreneurs and small businesses. Communication shapes all that she does and she is passionate about training others to make an impact on people’s life and the organisation’s success. With her hands-on approach she co-creates training with companies that have an immediate positive effect and can be implemented straight away. 

In her role as Co-Founder and Vice President of the European Startup Association she has organised events and created communities across Europe indulging in and getting to know different cultures and business practices. She is also author of multiple books and CEO and Founder of the Creative Start-Up Academy.
