Meet Christine – Founder & CEO of Let's Talk
For more than 20 years, Christine has worked in and around communication – across organisations, industries, countries and cultures. Her experience ranges from working with global brands including Audi, Mazda and Deutsche Bahn to supporting multinational leadership teams, universities, startups and growing organisations.
Throughout that work, she has seen the same pattern repeatedly: as organisations become more complex, communication becomes harder. Priorities are interpreted differently. Decisions slow down. Difficult conversations are avoided. Messages are communicated, but don’t always translate into understanding or action.
She helps leaders step out of the complexity, see what is really happening and communicate in ways that create greater clarity, alignment and trust.
Communication sits at the heart of how organisations actually work.
Strategy, decisions & change are communicated. Trust is built through communication. Conflict is resolved through communication. And leadership itself becomes visible through the way people communicate. For Christine, communication isn’t about finding the perfect words.
